TRIATHLON
GROUP RUN IN OMAHA NEBRASKA!!!!
TNT Track workout or
group run.
Where: Meet at UNO on the track.
When: Every Tuesday
evening at 5:45pm
Parking: Parking is available in the park behind UNO or at the Swimming
pool in Elmwood Park.
Track workouts typically contain:
10-16 Minute warm up.
Form Drills
3 miles of high intensity intervals with breaks in between 10-16 Minute
cool down
All workouts are done at the individuals pace.
Remember to bring Drinks, Towels and sun block.
Neither TNT nor any of it's members assumes any responsibility with
